A short post today as I’ve been rendered speechless doesn’t happen often, make the most of it while you can by the difficulty of a new challenge in my life!

A new term at work… a new Cinderella for this Good Fairy to spread some happiness to!  This term my Cinderella has some food allergies that I need to contend with.  I had thought that they were only (only!) gluten intolerant,  but I found out today that they’re also lactose intolerant and need to be careful with products containing nuts – what an adventure!  What a challenge!

I have to say that I don’t even know where to start!  Please help!  Any ideas for goodies gratefully received!
