I first discovered the Olivia Bag when I was busy pinning pictures on Pinterest. This has become a slight obsession of mine and I’ve been pinning possible craft projects and baking inspiration and not actually doing anything with them. I decided it was high time I started making some of the many projects in time for sending Christmas presents to family and friends!
I’d bought this retro fabric when I discovered this fabric store near Manchester and I’d kept taking it off the shelf hoping that it would inspire me! This bag seemed like just the ticket and I decided to make it in a slightly smaller size (I just scaled down the measurements so the base was 14″ wide. I don’t normally measure using imperial measurements, but this tutorial was so clearly written that there was no point in reinventing the wheel.
