Really this post needs a picture of a cake with eight candles as, on this day, back in 2011 I was setting up this blog. It was the result of a new years resolution and allowed me to experiment before I set one up for the school that I was working in at the time. Two jobs later and this little blog is still here, along with Facebook and Instagram accounts.
A few years ago I did another Happy Birthday blog post and I thought it might be fun to do another. I love a statistic – you can take the maths teacher out of the classroom but you can’t take the maths out of the teacher!
