What inspires you?  What gives you a ‘lightbulb’ moment?

I spend a lot of time stumbling around the internet and looking at different blogs.  I really like Craftgawker and Foodgawker for looking at photos to inspire me.  Pinterest is a developing site which allows you to pin photos when you find them to a virtual mood board;  I get a bit frustrated with it as the’pinning’ feature doesn’t seem to work very well with Google Chrome.   Freshly Pressed and Foodpress are also good sites if you want to stay loyal to WordPress. I can also spend hours searching recipe books to source ideas.

I like taking photos on my mobile of things that give me ideas – I’m a firm believer that there are very few ‘new’ ideas, just loads of ways to personalise other ideas and make them your own.
