You have to learn a new skill. Do you prefer to read about it, watch someone else do it, hear someone describe it, or try it yourself?

I like a bit of a combination. I like to read about it and then try it as I read it through again. I’m not very good at watching others show me as I get impatient and want to have a go myself!
