October Sleep 26: Music

I love music. Listening to it, watching others play, and playing my flute or singing have always helped my mental health. On the days when I play in the band I’m a member of, I definitely sleep better. Whether that’s down to the social aspect or the actual music, I’m not sure, but it works for me!
