October Sleep 28: Hydrate

All too often I lie in bed and realise I have a raging thirst or I wake up in the middle of the night and end up creeping down to the kitchen desperately trying not to disturb anyone else in the house!

I’m getting better at drinking enough water throughout the course of the day, but there’s always room for improvement.
