October Sleep 9: Warm Drink

As a teacher I’m normally to be found walking around with a travel mug (safety first!) fully of coffee – decaf of course! It’s the only way to survive the day.

In the evening I prefer something a little bit more interesting, perhaps a mug of hot chocolate or a fruit tea. Nothing too sweet otherwise I’ll be bouncing off the walls! Do you sleep better if you’ve had a warm drink as part of your bedtime routine? It might be worth trying it to see if it helps to improve the quality of your sleep.
