Reflection day 31

Today is my last prompt designed to support your mental health. I’ve posted a every single day on my Instagram account @keepsmeoutofmischief and started off posting prompts once a week here before moving on to posting every day.

I’ve had lots of supportive comments, gained around 100 new subscribers and have a real sense of achievement that I can support others and maintain a project over a year.

Over the past few months I’ve been planning a new project that’s linked to my professional role as a Behaviour Support Teacher so posting on this blog will become more sporadic. My new blog will provide advice and support for education staff to help them meet the social, emotional and mental health needs of their pupils but it may also help parents to gain understanding and insight into their children’s behaviour. You’ll find it at Keeps Them Out of Mischief.

I know that I have a number of followers who work in education, so it would be great if you could join me there and tell your colleagues!

Thanks for joining me this year, I hope that it’s helped you to maintain and improve your mental health.
