October Sleep 29: Journal

I go through phases of journaling. I don’t religiously write in it every evening, but instead I scrawl in it when my head is a mass of jumbled thoughts. It definitely helps – I suppose it’s the emotional equivalent of a brain dump.

I don’t often use journaling prompts, but if you need some inspiration you can find my series of prompts from June starting here.

For those of you who’ve been inspired to write in a journal, either today or in the past, how did it go? How do you feel now that you’ve done it? Did it improve the quality of your sleep? Add your comments below.

Come back tomorrow for your next nudge into peaceful sleep.
