Today I’ve delivered a school staff meeting focusing on Positive Behaviour Support. We’ve discussed Betari’s box – a simple circular chart that shows the effect of your attitude on your behaviour and the impact that then has on another person’s attitude and behaviour.
We discussed the benefits of taking a breath to put in a little pause before you start to behave in a way that might not be helpful to the situation.
