October Sleep 30: Relax

Despite having a list of jobs as long as my arm, this evening I’ve taken time to relax.

We’ve been away as a family and, after a busy week last week, tonight was the first opportunity that I’d had to just sit and relax. I wrote a brain dump list so that the tasks I need to do aren’t forgotten and then I enjoyed an evening sitting in front of the fire with a puzzle book. Bliss!

For those of you who’ve been inspired to find ways to relax, either today or in the past, how did it go? How do you feel now that you’ve done it? Did it improve the quality of your sleep? Add your comments below.

Come back tomorrow for your next nudge into peaceful sleep.
