At the end of a long term at school, I often treat myself to a massage. I regularly fall asleep while I’m there. I used to get cross with myself for doing this, feeling like I was missing out in some way, but since I come out feeling relaxed and like I’m floating on air, I suppose it doesn’t matter!
I always sleep better after having a massage, even if I’ve had a little nap!
