October Sleep 17: Comfort

Sometimes I lie in bed and I just can’t get comfortable. The temperature’s too hot, my pillows are sliding off the bed or my husband has stolen the duvet!

We recently replaced our duvet with a king-sized one that adapts to different seasons, which has solved the temperature issue and is harder to steal! We also turn our mattress regularly so that it doesn’t get indentations.

Consider how comfortable your sleeping space is. What could you do to improve the comfort of your bed? Do you need to replace some furnishings?
