It’s tempting to make our bedrooms warm and cosy, but if it’s too hot it’s difficult to sleep. If you’re female and have reached a certain age you might be waking up sweating. Layers could be the key. Enough so that you feel comfortably warm but also have the ability to get rid of them in the night if you need to. You might want to turn down the heating a degree or two as well.
For those of you who’ve been inspired to change the temperature of your sleep space, either today or in the past, how did it go? How do you feel now that you’ve done it? Did it improve the quality of your sleep? Add your comments below.
Come back tomorrow for your next nudge into peaceful sleep.
