Sometimes we think that a cheeky nightcap will help us drift off into the land of nod, unfortunately alcohol has the opposite effect on the quality of your sleep.
In the UK there’s a charity fundraising event this month called Stoptober where people give up alcohol for the whole month. Why don’t you join them and see what effect reducing your alcohol intake has on the quality of your sleep.
