October Sleep 3: Put Your Phone Away

It’s so easy to lay down in bed and say you’re just going to check a website and then find yourself still on the phone way later than you’d planned. It’s also way too easy to pick it up if you wake in the middle of the night.

If you’re like me and can’t resist the temptation, put it somewhere else. Charge it somewhere else in the room or outside of your bedroom. Even if you use it as your morning alarm – getting out of bed to stop it will have the desired effect of getting you moving!
