September Productivity Prompt Day 28: Read a Book

How often do you listen to a friend or colleague rave about a book they’ve read and wish that you’d had time to read it too?

How often do you buy a paperback and it ends up unread on your bedside table?

How could you fit a little reading into your day? I’m an all or nothing reader – I don’t pick up a book for months and then I read one cover to cover in a day! Some people like to read a chapter each evening before they go to sleep. How might you carve out a little time?

If you’ve got a book that you’ve been meaning to read, why not go and pick it up now and lose yourself in another world.

For those of you who’ve been inspired to spend time reading, either today or in the past, how did it go? How do you feel now that you’ve done it? Add your comments below.

Come back tomorrow for your next nudge into productivity.
