Let’s clean something together today.
Pick one area of your home that needs a clean. It may be a small area like the bathroom sink or you may want to blitz the kitchen.
Go to that area of your home and set a timer on your phone – not too long, not too short, but be realistic! Then get cleaning. Really focus on it. Enjoy the feeling of achievement as it becomes cleaner.
When the timer finishes, step back and admire your newly clean space. Are you done or are you motivated to keep going?
Now think about how often you might need to turn your attention to this area to keep it clean. Set yourself a reminder on your phone.
