Since May is Mental Health month, I thought it would be good to share some prompts to promote mental wellness.
This is part of a series of posts throughout the month. The idea isn’t to challenge yourself to complete the whole month (and then beat yourself up about it when you miss a day) but to give you some friendly encouragement to look after yourself and those around you in an easy and accessible way.
As always, I’ll be posting a daily prompt on my Instagram account,m but, for those of you who like to put a note in your planner, here’s the first week.
