I’ve had some lovely feedback about my daily posts during January and February both here on my blog and on my Instagram account.
The theme for March is Gratitude. Since the beginning of the year I’ve been spending five minutes as part of my bedtime routine identifying the best things from my day, you can read why here. I’ve found that I’ve often recorded the things that I’m grateful for so this month I’ll be posting each day to give you a gentle nudge into focusing your gratitude.
I know some people like to put their prompts in their planner so here’s the first few for March, I’ll post each new week on a Sunday evening.
